退款政策

Return Policy

Return Period:

Customers have 14 day from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns will not be accepted after this period. Returns do not have to be accepted either.

Return Shipping:

A flat rate of $10.00 will be charged for return shipping. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.


Final Sale Items:

All items are final sale. If you need a return please contact us and we will review your return. The District 97 Clothing team reserves the right to deny all returns.

Refund:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Exceptions:

We may consider exceptions to this return policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Orders in Transit:

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit to the delivery address, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after it has been delivered. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable), and a full refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If a shipment is delayed by the carrier, customers remain eligible to return the order after delivery in accordance with our standard return policy. Shipping delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund while it is in transit.
